Ideas about Family Day

Just wanted to get a blog going about family day. So far, the ideas that came up at the teacher workshop were:

1. Saturdays will compete with sports.
2. School gets out earlier so maybe have it as early as June 1.
3. If on a Sunday, mornings may compete with church.

If Sundays are indeed a definite, then it seems the two dates to decide between are June 1 and June 8.

I will be sending an email around to have everyone vote, but this is a place for you to make any comments that you want everyone to hear before they vote. Go ahead and make a comment!
